The Role:

Join Origin Energy's LPG Distribution Team in Gympie and be part of our ongoing investment in gas and condensate exploration and production.
We're offering a full-time, permanent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our close-knit team. At Origin, we place strong emphasis on safety, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the development of our people. In this role, reporting to the Terminal Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of LPG to both residential and commercial customers.

Standard hours: 6:00 AM – 2:06 PM, Monday to Friday (regular overtime available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver LPG cylinders to customers
• Load and unload bulk LPG at the terminal
• Manage stock levels of tested LPG cylinders and carry out required repairs and retesting
• Record meter readings accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service at every interaction
• Assist with general labouring tasks at the terminal
• Have each others backs and pitch in on other roles as needed

About You:

• Current Medium Rigid (MR) driver's licence and relevant experience
• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Dangerous Goods licence
• Strong background in customer-facing delivery roles
• A genuine commitment to maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture
• Physical capability to manage the demands of the job, including repetitive lifting of 25kg cylinders and moving cylinders up to 85kg (trolleys provided)
• Experience working with hazardous substances
