Regional Solutions Director
to drive strategic growth, innovation and deepen client partnerships across the ANZ Roads & Highways market.

ANZ Market Solutions Leadership Team
, you will showcase Jacobs' superior capabilities, positioning us as the preferred choice over our competitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategy for the Roads & Highways Market Solutions area.
- Foster an inclusive culture that encourages innovation and bold solutions for the Roads & Highways Market.
- Collaborate with Global Market Solutions Team and Regional Growth & Sales and Operational teams.
- Drive regionally significant opportunities.
- Oversee the delivery of strategically important projects.
- Inform market growth plans and investment strategies.
- Assist with strategic bids to bring the best of Jacobs to our clients.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives and industry engagement.
- Support the Operations team by identifying potential recruits and participating in strategic recruitment.
- Assure the quality of technical outputs through the appointment of suitably qualified Technical Leaders.
- Be strongly connected to our clients across the Australia and New Zealand region, understanding their challenges and connecting our business to develop innovative solutions to these challenges
