Your Role:

• Meeting with motivated, pre-qualified clients eager to transform their financial landscapes.
• Designing and presenting compelling wealth creation strategies, including cashflow modelling, mortgage elimination, and retirement planning.
• Guiding clients through the complexities of property investment, including exploring opportunities with SMSFs.
• Building lasting relationships and earning the trust that empowers clients to take action.
• Working in a high-performance culture where your impact is valued and rewarded.
• Having a constant stream of hot leads supplied to you.
• Working with a supportive team and receiving consistent training and mentorship.

Your Mission:

• Build trust and rapport, educating clients to confidently engage you as their trusted property consultant.
• Provide expert advice on property investment opportunities, backed by thorough market research and analysis.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable conversations that resonate with everyday Australians.
• Sell the vision of financial freedom, inspiring clients to take decisive action.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless client experiences and optimize investment outcomes.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, legislation, and emerging investment opportunities.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Property Investment Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of delivering measurable client outcomes.
