We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern Project Coordinator to join our team in North Adelaide.

You will be a driving part of our dynamic, fast-paced team, with direct exposure to all business areas of our Agency; UX and Strategy, Creative Direction and Design, Development, QA, Operations and Account Management.

  • Preparing reports and reviewing data ahead of operational meetings
  • Taking minutes, ensuring actions are assigned and summarised
  • Contributing to the development and management of project plans and schedules in our project management software
  • Assisting in our Support Desk, maintaining a high-level of professionalism and excellent communication with our clients
  • Coordinating team members' busy calendars
  • Assisting with invoice, payment and expense activities
  • Simple cost tracking and data entry
  • Creation of email templates, client communication and data entry in our CRM
  • Collaborating with our developers, designers and strategists, actively problem-solving and working with the team to efficiently resolve internal queries
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, and assist with their rollout
  • Assist planning the Atomix social calendar and client events

Full training will be provided on our systems and processes – what we're looking for is enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine interest in the work we do.

About you

You are a passionate, self-starting individual with a positive, growth-mindset. If you are eager to learn everything there is to know, and want to work with a high-performing, dedicated team, you'll fit right in.

  • Studying or recently graduated in a relevant area (e.g. Communications, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Project Management, Solutions Architecture, IT Studies, Statistics, Software Development, etc)
  • Highly organised and excellent problem solving skills, with a proactive approach
  • Digital native - we want someone who is comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
  • You have the initiative and drive to work through a challenge and the confidence to ask questions
  • Able to translate data into insights and communicate those insights effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player who loves collaborating and problem solving to achieve a shared goal
  • A fast learner who proactively seeks opportunities to improve their skills
  • A genuine interest in working in a Digital Agency
