About the role

Paramount Settlements is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in Northbridge, Western Australia. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conveyancer to manage residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing or legal administrative role
  2. Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Proficiency in using PEXA, Conveyancing Software and Microsoft Office suite
  5. A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
  6. Strong knowledge with Real Estate and Conveyancing legislation and processes
  7. Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights
  8. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision whilst knowing when to seek guidance
