Now, we're hunting for our next paid media champion, someone who oozes initiative, lives and breathes social media, and can think strategically with acute attention to detail.

The Role

We're on the hunt for a paid media specialist who can engineer a strategy that scales to new heights. You'll concept and implement strategies and concepts that drive results.

You'll:

  • Create and execute paid media strategies across META, TikTok, Pinterest and Google
  • Keep a finger on the pulse on all paid media accounts and maximise results with proactive strategies
  • Curate reports and analyse data
  • Work collaboratively on client strategies and creative concepts
  • Brief designers and account managers on paid media campaigns and new ideas
  • Dedicate time to learning new strategies in a season of rapid change
  • Attend industry events to expand your knowledge and pass that knowledge onto the rest of the team
  • Write witty and on-brand short-form copy for captions
  • Play a crucial role in seeing some of Australia's most exciting brands soar

You Are:
  • Excited about the changing landscape of the paid media space- especially META and TikTok
  • Experienced in META with a detailed understanding of e-commerce ads execution
  • Results-driven and proactive - you take initiative, not orders
  • Calm under pressure and confident, juggling multiple projects
  • A detail-obsessed strategist who loves asking questions and workshopping briefs
  • A team player who values collaboration and having fun with work friends
  • Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and creative storytelling of products and brands
  • Willing to learn on your feet and make up for any experience you may lack, with ambition and initiative

You Know:
  • Paid media strategies
  • Budget pacing and scaling ad strategies
  • Canva for quick-turn creative
  • Project management and communication tools

You Should NOT Be:
  • Someone who doesn't enjoy their job and has no ambition
  • Motivated by corporate environments or wearing high heels to the office
  • A lone wolf - collaboration is key here
  • Someone who spells you're wrong
