What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding service across phone, email, in-person, and online chat channels
- Build trust and rapport through proactive conversations that uncover customer needs
- Offer tailored product and service solutions that genuinely add value
- Onboard new customers and support them throughout their banking journey
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance and security standards
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in banking/financial services in contact centres or customer-facing roles
- A Tier 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks confidently
- A team-first attitude and a desire to grow professionally
