What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding service across phone, email, in-person, and online chat channels
  • Build trust and rapport through proactive conversations that uncover customer needs
  • Offer tailored product and service solutions that genuinely add value
  • Onboard new customers and support them throughout their banking journey
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance and security standards

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in banking/financial services in contact centres or customer-facing roles
  • A Tier 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
  • Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks confidently
  • A team-first attitude and a desire to grow professionally
