We currently have an exciting opportunity available at our farm in Scone, New South Wales. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Farm Hand to join our team and support day-to-day operations on the farm.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable long-term position within a respected corporate business. Your main responsibility will be general farm maintenance including fencing, stock water systems, cropping and plant/machinery. Additional to this will be general farm hand duties on a Wagyu and Angus stud cattle property including lick and water runs, and handfeeding stock at certain times. The position will include some livestock handling at certain times.

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced with livestock and cropping operations

  • Observation and attention to detail with regard to preventative maintenance. Welding and mechanical skills are seen as an advantage.

  • Problem solving skills

  • Reliable, with a good work ethic, able to work within a team and independently
