We're looking for a technically skilled professional ready to take the next step in their career. This is a cornerstone role within our IT team – perfect for someone with solid level 3 technical expertise who's ready to transition into leadership while staying hands-on with the technology they love.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and mentorship to our growing team
  • Lead project delivery for client solutions, ensuring exceptional outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Develop strategic, long-term technology plans for our clients
  • Bridge the gap between technical execution and business outcomes

What You'll Need

Technical Skills:

  • Strong networking knowledge
  • Cloud and Microsoft ecosystem experience
  • Level 3 technical capabilities with a broad skillset

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and long-term planning ability
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Natural mentoring ability and passion for developing others
  • Proven capacity to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the details
