Are you passionate about driving quality and safety in aged care and disability services? We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Coordinator in Port Lincoln to lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure excellence in service delivery across our funded Aged Care and NDIS programs.

About the Role

As the Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining systems that support:

  • Continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Risk and incident management.
  • Complaints and feedback handling.
  • Information management and compliance.
  • Engagement with individuals, their supporters, and staff.

You will also provide regular performance reports and support strategic decision-making to enhance care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality systems aligned with Aged Care and NDIS standards.
  • Lead risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Facilitate open disclosure and transparent communication.
  • Support staff training and policy implementation.
  • Monitor performance indicators and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, codes of conduct, and care standards.

About You

You are a proactive and collaborative professional with a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for improving lives. You bring:

  • Experience in health, aged care, or disability services.
  • Knowledge of CHSP, HCP, Support at Home, and NDIS frameworks.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and consumer-centered care.
  • Proficiency in client software and data analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience working in the health, in-home age care or disability support sectors.
  • Exceptional consumer focused customer service skills, with experience in working in a fast-paced environment, always striving for excellence in the delivery of care and services.
  • Flexibility and a genuine commitment to getting the job done in a timely manner.
  • Leadership qualifications would be ideal.
  • Evidence of providing and enabling an excellent customer experience and also providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Proficient at using a computer including the application of client software programs.

Compliance Requirements

  • Satisfactory NDIS Worker Check.
  • Current SA Driver's Licence essential.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
