Grill Cook

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Grill Cook to join our kitchen team at our busy burger restaurant in Fortitude Valley. If you're passionate about food, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

• Cook burgers, sides, and other menu items on the grill with consistency and care

• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness at all times

• Assist with food prep (e.g., chopping veggies, sauces, organizing stock)

• Support and supervise kitchen staff during service when required

• Monitor inventory and report stock needs

Requirements

• Previous experience as a grill cook or in a busy kitchen (burger/fast food preferred)

• Must be available Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm (essential requirement)

• Able to commit to morning shifts of 6–7 hours

• Full-time availability (up to 38 hours per week) – casual options can also be considered

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

• Must have valid Australian work rights

• No sponsorship available for this role

This is an on-site role in Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate.
