Cornerstone HR is seeking a highly motivated Fleet Controller to join our client in Hazelmere. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of fleet operations, driver schedules, and freight movements — all while maintaining compliance with safety and transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily fleet operations, driver runs, and delivery schedules
  • Monitor performance using transport management systems and GPS tools
  • Manage driver fatigue compliance in line with regulations
  • Act as the main point of contact for drivers, customers, and management
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with transport management systems and GPS tracking tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Sound knowledge of transport regulations and fatigue management laws
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift licence preferred (not essential)
