Our company is a busy waste management company based on Brisbane's northside. We currently have a position vacant for a skilled Semi Driver. This is a key role within our business and a fantastic opportunity where your hard work can be noticed and rewarded.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be reliable, have a good work ethic and a true team player.

You must be able to work unsupervised, complete prestart and post-check paperwork, have a high level of respect for machinery and a high regard for safety.

To secure these roles you MUST have the following:

  • Must hold a current and valid unrestricted QLD MC licence
  • Must have 2 years minimum Semi driving experience
  • Has a clean driving record and can provide driver history
  • Must be available for early morning starts
  • Perform and record daily vehicle pre-start and post-checks
  • Reliable, trustworthy and have a positive 'can do attitude', flexible to change, efficient, and ability to problem solve
  • Willingness to work as part of a successful team and a commitment to safety
  • General Construction Induction Card (white card) or willingness to achieve
  • Preferred understanding of the waste industry, however, full training will be provided to successful applicants
  • Immediate start
  • Be able to work Saturdays as required

Speedy Bins ongoing success in underpinned by good wages and conditions, regular overtime available and company uniforms are provided.

Remuneration by negotiation depending on experience and role.
