Gooding's Transport is a long-standing transport business celebrating over 40 years in the industry with an outstanding safety record. We operate a modern fleet with new Kenworth prime movers with inclusions (e.g., fridges, microwaves, sleeper cab air-conditioning). We are currently seeking long-term loyal B-Double operators who want to work for a reputable business in the industry, and be rewarded with generous pay rates and conditions.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

  • Interstate MC drivers for express linehaul work (between Brisbane - Sydney)
  • Yardperson/All-Rounder based at our Yatala depot

We are seeking experienced MC drivers who are competent loading/unloading and securing freight, and have previous experience working express. Drivers will ideally be based close by to start and finish work from our Yatala depot.

We are also seeking a Yardperson/All-Rounder to support operations at our Yatala depot. Duties will involve loading, unloading, fueling and washing vehicles, and providing assistance to our mechanic with basic maintenance tasks (e.g., tyre checks and changes etc.). We are seeking someone with an MC class licence to join our team in this capacity as a full time permanent role.

Drivers must have the following as a minimum requirement:

  • MC Class Licence
  • Licenced and experienced operating 18 speed manual Roadranger
  • Minimum of 5 years driving experience (with referees available to contact)
  • Competency in loading/unloading and securely restraining loads
  • Five year driving history showing a good driving record
  • Pre-employment Alcohol & Drug Screening Test
  • Meet the training and medical requirements to work as a BFM driver

We are seeking drivers for immediate start driving our new Kenworth prime movers. All employees must be willing to undergo a drug and alcohol testing as part of pre-employment screening.
