Lead Business Manager – Multi-Franchise Automotive Group (Subaru | Geely | Deepal | Foton) – New Role

Location: Lilydale & Ringwood, VIC

This is a rare opportunity to become the Lead Business Manager setting up and managing the Finance & Insurance across four exciting and fast-expanding dealerships.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to both the General Sales Manager & Dealer Principal, you will lead the finance and insurance function across our Eastern operations — representing established global brands and new-generation EV entrants. You'll oversee finance performance, customer engagement, and compliance, working closely with our sales teams to deliver tailored finance and insurance solutions for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Finance & Insurance operations across four dealerships.
  • Provide customers with high-quality finance and insurance advice.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximise finance penetration and deliver exceptional service.
  • Drive profitability and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Build relationships with lenders, insurers, and partners.
  • Report to management on KPIs, trends, and opportunities.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Dealership Business Manager (2+ years preferred).
  • Current accreditation with major lenders and insurers.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple sites effectively.
