We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Hydraulink Sales & Service Technician (HSST) who's ready for more than "just another job." This is a rare chance to help launch a brand-new franchise in the Mudgee / Gulgong region — where you'll play a key role in setting it up, getting it running, and building its reputation in the community.

You'll be the face of the business — providing fast, reliable hydraulic hose replacement services on-site, drumming up new customers, and delivering exceptional service that keeps them coming back.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver a high-quality, multi-product hydraulic install, repair, and maintenance service to a wide variety of clients.

  • Respond to breakdowns and call-outs — replacing hoses on-site across Mudgee, Gulgong & surrounding areas.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service.

  • Assist in the set-up of our brand-new franchise facility and take ownership of its success.

  • Occasionally man the hose shop counter and support walk-in customers.

What we're looking for:

  • Trade qualification (mechanic, fitter, etc.) or experience in a similar industrial/service role.

  • A go getter who isn't afraid to get out to potential customers and build relationships.

  • A customer-first mindset with great communication skills.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to keep a well-organised service truck.

  • Willingness to do manual work and comply with all site safety procedures.

  • Current driver's licence + Australian working rights.

  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol screening, and police check.
