Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication channels: Build strong, open lines of communication with staff, children and families.
  • Daily Learning: guide and support children in their learning journey.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of educators to provide high quality early childhood education and care.
  • Compliance: Adhere to our service policies and procedures, as well as legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Must be qualified - Early Childhood Teacher (0-5 years or 0-12 years) or a minimum of Diploma, working towards/near completion ECT.
  • Working with Children Check/Police check
  • Fluent in English - in both written and verbal communication.
  • Must have proven experience with in an early learning setting with children aged 3-4 years.
  • Must have great leadership skills and the passion to strive for a higher role.
  • Must have First Aid Certificate, Asthma Training and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Must have Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
