Polyaire Pty Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our headquarters are located in SA, with 27 branches across Australia.
Our **Wagga Wagga** branch is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Trade Counter Sales Team Member. This position ideally would suit a self-motivated, “hands on" individual who enjoys variety in their day, building relationships and working as a key member of the team.
**Your daily activities will involve**:
- Counter sales, servicing our valued customers and trade clients.
- Receiving phone enquiries and orders.
- Processing customer sales orders and credit returns.
- Coordination of daily deliveries.
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are supplied correctly and dispatched on time.
**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following**:
- The ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.
- Ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Can do attitude to get the job done right the first time.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Basic experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Forklift license desirable but not essential.
Customer service experience in trade counter sales would be highly regarded.
