This full-time Office Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join the team at STAR TYREPOWER' in Kingaroy, Queensland. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the overall operations of the business.

The Role

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office. Your role will include:

· Overseeing administrative and clerical duties

· Managing customer service and front desk operations

· Scheduling jobs and managing workflow coordination

· Bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable

· Supporting the management team with reporting and compliance

· Handling inventory orders and supplier communications

· Previous experience in office administration or management

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to quickly learn new accounting software

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
