Liberty Industrial is seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to join our Senior Leadership Team and shape the future growth of our business. This pivotal role will lead the creation and execution of our Group Growth Strategy, driving both organic and non-organic growth opportunities to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients, people, and shareholders.

What you'll do:

  • Lead growth strategy: design, execute, and measure Liberty's growth plan, ensuring alignment with the Group strategy.
  • Win new work: build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, lead negotiations, and deliver tenders for complex, high-value projects.
  • Shape the future: assess and recommend mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build capability: mentor and develop high-performing teams across the business to deliver sustained growth.
  • Champion innovation & sustainability: integrate ESG principles, embrace new technologies, and foster creative solutions.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in senior growth, business development, or strategy roles.
  • Experience leading large-scale tenders and managing enduring client partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Industry knowledge in project delivery, decommissioning, construction, or related fields.
