The Role

As HR Manager, you are a key member of the site leadership team, acting as a trusted partner to both regional and group HR leaders. This role balances operational HR compliance with strategic project leadership, You'll shape a positive workplace culture, lead employee relations, and support leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site-level HR operations and implement group HR strategy
  • Manage employee relations issues
  • Drive leadership development and culture initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, and compliance
  • Champion strategic projects including HRIS implementation
  • Support workforce planning and seasonal workforce needs
  • Act as the primary HR contact for Emerald operations

About You

You're a confident, experienced or emerging HR leader with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. You thrive in dynamic, relationship-based environments and can manage both day-to-day and strategic HR demands.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • HR experience in multi-stakeholder or regional settings
  • Strong ER skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and lead through influence
  • Experience delivering strategic HR projects and system rollouts
  • Tertiary HR qualifications (essential)
  • Exceptional communication and adaptability
  • Comfortable with seasonal workload shifts and leadership accountability
