Qualified Panel Beater

Geoff Richards Panel Beating are seeking a qualified Panel Beater to join our expanding team on a permanent full time basis.

Key Responsibiltiies:

Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Check received parts are correct and for defects.
• Repair vehicle as per the Repair Method, OEM standards and in accordance with Estimate and Job Sheet.
• Reassemble vehicle.
• Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
• Clean work bay and workshop areas.
• Coach apprentices when required.
• Adhere to our OH&S policy including PPE.

What We're Looking For:

• Formal qualifications in panel beating or automotive body repair
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Competent in reading repair methods.
• Strong commitment to working safely.
• Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Reliable, hard working and a team player.
