We are currently looking to expand our Karratha team by appointing a proactive and service-driven Branch Supervisor.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role in driving the success of our Karratha branch. Reporting directly to the Karratha Branch Manager, the Branch Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that both customer service and operational objectives are consistently achieved.

You will be responsible for supervising front and back-of-house operations, motivating the team, and maintaining service excellence. This role requires a hands-on, solutions-oriented leader with a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the optimal fleet mix within the branch to meet customer and business demands
  • Drive rental utilisation, sales performance, and service delivery to achieve branch targets
  • Proactively resolve day-to-day staffing and rostering issues
  • Complete branch reporting, reconciliation, and compliance requirements as needed
  • Foster and supervise a positive, productive working environment that promotes collaboration and team engagement
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A confident, positive, and proactive leadership style with the ability to take ownership of branch operations at a supervisory level
  • Previous experience in car and/or truck rental (preferred but not essential)
  • A desire to work in a hands-on operational role, actively supporting both customers and team members
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and guide staff in both sales and service delivery
  • A proven ability to exceed customer expectations, delivering a high-quality rental experience
  • A competitive mindset, with a passion for teamwork and achieving results beyond sales targets
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence (MR licence preferred)
