We are now excited to invite applications for the role of media Client Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.

As the Client Executive, you will join a supportive environment to plan and buy traditional and digital media for a range of clients. This is a key role where you'll manage and own campaigns whilst using your people skills to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

  • Oversee media campaigns from brief, through to planning, booking and reporting across various channels and partnerships

  • Accurately maintain media plans and production schedules

  • Coordinate with key media partners to guarantee campaign objectives

  • Ensure precise invoicing for clients, managing timely delivery and resolving any account queries or issues

  • Gather data and key insights from competitor analyses to industry trends and live research

A bit about you:

  • Relevant experience within a media agency with proficiency in scheduling and billing via SMD a must

  • We can teach you the other tools, but exposure to Roy Morgan or other audience tools, as well as search/social platforms is desirable

  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines

  • A want to build meaningful connections with clients and team members
