Operating in Brisbane and Melbourne, we specialise in security fencing and gates for commercial and industrial projects. With 35 crew members in Brisbane and 10 in Melbourne, we're growing fast and need someone to take the reins in Melbourne.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead our Melbourne operations. This hybrid role involves both on-site and office work, overseeing projects from start to finish. You'll be managing costs, budgets, progress claims, and materials while leading crews on-site to ensure everything is delivered to the high standard we're known for.
Fencing experience isn't essential—what matters is your ability to manage projects and lead large teams of guys with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing fencing projects across Melbourne from start to finish.
- Overseeing budgets, tracking costs, and preparing and submitting progress claims.
- Ordering materials and coordinating with suppliers to keep projects running smoothly.
- Leading and supporting on-site crews to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
- Proactively identifying and solving challenges as they arise.
What We're Looking For
- Strong project management experience, ideally in construction or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confident in managing costs, budgets, and variations.
- Great communication skills for client, supplier, and team relationships.
- Valid driver's licence and white card.
