Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a High School Principal, located in Canberra. The High School Principal will oversee and manage all aspects of the high school's operations, including educational administration and management, curriculum development, and ensuring adherence to educational standards. Responsibilities include leading educational programs, monitoring teacher performance, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Principal will also engage with the school community, including parents, staff, and students, to support each student's growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Educational Administration and Educational Management skills
  • Experience in Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership
  • Proven expertise in the field of Education
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and engage a diverse school community
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Experience in Islamic education is a plus
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field preferred
