With a growing client base that includes developers, contractors, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals, we're expanding and looking for a talented mid-level solicitor to join our litigation practice.

The Role

You will play a key role in managing a variety of complex litigation matters, primarily in the commercial and construction sectors. Working directly with our Partners and senior lawyers, you'll enjoy hands-on experience, client contact, and the opportunity to run your own matters with appropriate support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation files from initial instructions through to resolution
  • Draft pleadings, submissions, affidavits, and correspondence
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
  • Advise clients on contractual rights, risk, and dispute resolution strategies
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship activities

About You

  • 1–3 years post-admission experience, ideally in commercial or construction litigation
  • Strong drafting, research, and file management skills
  • Commercial acumen and a practical, solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
