Junior Solicitor – Litigation Team (Full-Time, Western Sydney, North West Sydney, Windsor and Central Coast) Launch Your Legal Career in Advocacy Are you a newly admitted solicitor or soon-to-be admitted graduate eager to gain courtroom and advocacy experience?

Here, you'll develop practical legal skills under the guidance of experienced mentors in a collaborative environment where your growth is our priority.
About the Role Full-time position in our litigation practice across family law, family provisions, general civil law and criminal law.
Gain hands-on advocacy experience through procedural court appearances, drafting and filing court documents, and client representation.
Work alongside supportive colleagues who will mentor you and encourage your professional development.
Career progression within our firm.
What You will Do Assist senior solicitors with case preparation and appearances before courts and tribunals.
Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and manage correspondence.
Prepare file notes and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver timely, high-quality advice and representation to clients.
Who We're Looking For Recently admitted to practice (or admission imminent) in Australia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and enthusiastic about developing advocacy skills.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
Based at, or willing to work from, our Blacktown office.
