Territory Sales Manager – Excavators, Loaders, ADT, Graders, Dozers

International Earthmoving dealer is currently seeking someone that has the experience and SALES potential to drive sales and win back customers for leading companies within North of the Brisbane River. The role requires someone that has a passion for developing new relationships and driving business forward within new markets and thinking outside of the box. The business has been around for over 50 years and they have a National presence within Australia, New Zealand along with surrounding Islands. They offer highly specialist equipment and are true market leaders within the earthmoving and heavy equipment markets.  With proven reputation and ERG reports to back up there National sales you won't find a faster growing earthmoving equipment dealer within Australia at this time.

Position -

In this role you're going to be targeting a huge list of customers but the general focus is targeting local councils, major fleets, large quarries, mining, forestry, Pipeline contractors, tradies and anyone else that could use earthmoving equipment. The direction is to maximise your territory by working with management in how to get the best out of your area. Planning and covering each area within the market but having your ear to the floor and talking to people is the key to your success, a large number of the others reps rely on talking with customer and keeping on top of their requirements but also understanding what projects are coming up in the future.

Each sales is either sold through two directions 1 – Demonstration of the machine at the Brisbane office or if the customers want the machine on site that can also be arranged. 2 – Marketing material and working through the specification of the machine with the customer to identify which machine is best for the project or customer requirement. Either or you need to have clear direction in machine specifications and what machine will operate in the best conditions with thee best attachments. You need to have a strong understanding and have the necessary skill set to work with high end customers.

Territory –

You will be covering all of Brisbane North of the River, this will include all metro areas and Surrounding Suburbs. This will also encompass areas up to Gympie QLD  .

Candidate Requirements –

· – 3 Years' Experience within Sales of New machinery

· Key relationships with the local markets and customers mentioned in the add

· Excellent mechanical aptitude with proven communication skills

· If you have sold Attachments, Earthmoving Parts or Machinery this would be fantastic, and you will be considered for the role.

· If you have excellent connections into civil construction / Contractor's market this would highly regarded

In your section of products you have the following to work with and sell to customers.

· Tracked and Wheeled Excavators

· Wheel Loaders

· Articulated Dump Trucks

· Track / Skid Steer Loaders

· Site Dumpers

· Forestry equipment

· Graders

· Earthmoving Attachments

· Engineering Services and Aftermarket parts

Salary Package –

On offer is a lucrative earning potential that can see you earn North of $220,000, Of course this means you're going to have to work extremely hard and be all over the local projects and customers within your area.

· Base Salary - $85,000

· Superannuation – 12%

· Company 4WD

· Phone and Laptop

· Fuel Card

· Uncapped Commission Structure – Sliding scale up to 3.5%

· Company Training and Induction Courses

Throughout the year there will be ongoing training and national conferences to attend plus each state has Friday afternoon's catch ups, Christmas parties, field days and the list goes on. The business is very sociable and you will be a part of a winning Team / culture.
