Alongside Delectify, this role will also support Accurate Dosing Systems (ADS) – our sister company specialising in precision dosing equipment for the flavour and fragrance industries. The position will be employed through Delectify; however, responsibilities will be shared equally across both businesses.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to join our team in a part-time role (30.4 hours per week across 4 days). This role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across two innovative and growing businesses. Reporting Lines: Directly reports to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Co-founder.
Stakeholders: Collaborates with General Manager, Co-founder, Department Managers, and Team Members.
Role Contribution
Enhances employee satisfaction and engagement.
Optimizes team functionality and efficiency through process improvement.
Improves internal processes and strengthen company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and position descriptions.
- Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Provide HR advice on payroll, awards, and employment standards.
- Assist with team building, mediation, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture through collaboration and best HR practice.
