THE ROLE
CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Supply & Fix Administrator to join our team in in our Yarraville - VIC site
You will play an essential role in representing our business Customers are the key to our continued success.

**A typical day looks like**:

- Responsible for day-to-day facilitation of customer inquiries and orders achieving agreed service outcomes through the Distribution Network.
- Ensure that Quicksafe deliveries are revised and required site adjustments are communicated with customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain both SAP sites and Sharepoint for new projects and revisions to existing projects.
- Timely and accurate processing of contractor invoices.
- Implementation of DIFOT policy ensuring data integrity for business reporting
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all tasks and orders, confirmation and managing stock & transport availability.
- Providing clear and accurate communication with external and internal stakeholders (Customers, Sales, Operations, Logistics, GTCs, Contractors), guaranteeing agreed service outcomes.
- To drive a culture based on an uncompromising commitment to safety.

**You will have the following**:

- Proven experience working in a customer service or administration industry
- Track record in establishing productive working relationships across the organisation
- Understanding of SAP system, Sharepoint, iAuditor and processes
- Have high energy and enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills
- Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.

**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday - 07:30am - 03:30pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm
