Job Description

  • Device & OS Support: Provide Level 1-2 support for Windows 11 laptops, Teams Room systems, and manage MECM/Intune provisioning.
  • Identity & Access Management: Administer AD and Entra ID, enforce Conditional Access policies, and manage secure onboarding.
  • Mobile Device Management: Support Intune MDM for corporate/BYOD devices, including setup, access controls, and troubleshooting.
  • Application Support: Maintain third-party applications through installation, patching, licensing, and vendor coordination.
  • Virtual Desktop & Cloud Services: Support Azure Virtual Desktop and remote administration via Azure Bastion.
  • Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Provide user support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and resolve sync/access/configuration issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with Windows 11 support.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Conditional Access, RBAC, and Azure security principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
