About the Role

As part of our Packaging Team, you'll play a key role in preparing finished products for distribution. Working alongside a small, supportive team, you'll operate packing machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring all products meet our quality standards.

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling of cartons weighing up to 10–15kg, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.

We're looking for someone energetic, reliable, and team-focused — someone who takes pride in their work and brings a positive, can-do attitude every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate packaging machinery in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle and pack food products accurately and safely
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure food safety compliance
  • Perform general cleaning and sanitising of work areas
  • Load and stack boxes onto pallets
  • Work in a cold environment as required

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in food handling or packaging is highly desirable
  • Machine operation experience will be well regarded
  • Must complete the NSW Food Handler Basics course (training can be provided)
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Must have full-time working rights in Australia

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
