Senior Sous Chef

Campbelltown Catholic Club is currently seeking applications for a Senior Sous Chef to work across multiple outlets.

This role is integral to the support and success of our kitchen operations. As an active and hands-on leader, you'll play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, supporting the Executive Chef with day-to-day operations, and overseeing a large and dynamic brigade.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Possesses a strong understanding and working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation in menu development and presentation
  • Thinks outside the box to bring fresh ideas and seasonal flair to our venue
  • Has proven experience working across multiple outlets or concepts
  • Displays strong leadership skills, inspiring and developing their team
  • Is passionate about quality, sustainability, and delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Is eager to be involved in future culinary projects and Club-wide initiatives
