For over 20 years, the ANL & CMA CGM Graduate and Co-Op Program has launched the careers of talented graduates across the Oceania region. Our program offers a unique mix of real-world experience, mentoring, and development, helping you build both the technical and professional skills to thrive in a fast-paced global industry.
During the 12-month program, you'll:
- Rotate across key business areas to build broad, hands-on experience.

Available Roles
Finance Graduate (Financial Accounting)
Reporting to the Financial Controller - Operations & Projects, the key responsibilities of the role will include supporting the Corporate Control – Financial Accounting team in:
- Processing accounts payable transactions & payments.
- Processing & reconciling all cash management transactions.
- Process accounts receivable transactions & assist with debt collection.
- Month-end reconciliations and reporting.
Finance Graduate (Management Accounting)
Reporting to the Finance Manager - Management Accounting, the key responsibilities of the role will include supporting the Management Accounting team in:
- Delivering accurate and timely analysis to facilitate the decision making of ANL (CMA CGM Group) Management
- Maintaining the integrity of financial information
- Facilitating Management Reporting
- Analyse cost accounts to ensure accurate allocation to trade business units
About you
- You hold a tertiary qualification in
Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. - You're an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating in a team environment.
- You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
- You're highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Eligibility:
You must have full working rights to live and work in Australia for the entire program duration. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship and remote work from overseas are not available.
