The Opportunity

As a Case Manager, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and service providers.
  • Assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress.
  • Work with a caseload of young people in therapeutic care

What's Needed to Succeed:

  • A diploma in Community Services or a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting adolescents and families with trauma.
  • Knowledge of inter-generational trauma and relevant legislation
