What does the job look like?
As the Operations Planning Coordinator you will play an integral part in supporting the operations of our Intermodal Business Unit to ensure site administrative and planning functions are completed efficiently and in line with customer requirements. Key areas:
- Coordinate customer bookings and manage inbound freight requirements
- Proactively plan and book in daily inbound freight ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide strong level of customer service in relation to planning activities
- Maintain strong KPI focus for customer deliveries ensuring adherence of customer service level agreements
- Ensure planning activities are compliant and in line with regulatory standard
