We have an opportunity to join our very successful Microsoft Practice as Solution Architect. This role can be based from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

As a Dynamics 365 CE Delivery Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of solution design and delivery for complex digital transformation programs. You will be working closely with DXC customers and technical teams to architect scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.).

Role

  • Lead the solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations from pre-sales and delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs
  • Design end-to-end customer engagement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform
  • Oversee delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with architectural best practices
  • Participate in project governance, risk management, and delivery assurance
  • Support pre-sales efforts including estimation, proposals, and solution presentations
  • Contribute to practice development, mentoring, and capability building

Experience Required

  • Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE projects in a consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, Azure Integration Services
  • Proven experience as a solution or delivery architect on enterprise-scale Dynamics CE implementations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience in Consulting environment beneficial
  • Microsoft certifications
