About the role:

We have a great opportunity for a full time 2IC to join our experienced Townsville team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management and relationship building
  • Support the store manager and help lead the store team
  • Inbound phone & online sales
  • In-store customer service
  • Order & receipt incoming stock
  • Process & pick purchase orders
  • Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

Skills & experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A customer service champion
  • Experience or a passion for auto parts
  • Well presented, great phone manner
  • Ability to influence & negotiate
  • Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
  • Must have more than 1 year of automotive parts experience
