We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Lawyer to join our Workplace team in Brisbane working with partners, Jackson Inglis and Thea Price.
About the team and the work
Join a respected, passionate and one of Queensland's largest workplace teams advising private and government clients across the full spectrum of employment, safety, industrial relations, and regulatory matters.
Led by an Accredited Specialist in Workplace Law, you will work directly with clients on workplace incidents, regulatory investigations, and complex criminal prosecutions across multiple jurisdictions.
Benefit from strong client relationships, including secondment opportunities, and collaborate nationally across practice groups in a flexible, supportive environment.

About you
Admitted to practice with 0-2 years' experience in an employment and/or safety practice or in-house, with strong academic credentials and developing knowledge of workplace laws (Fair Work Act, WHS, discrimination, bullying, harassment).
Ideally (but not essential) you will have worked on employer-side matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, code of conduct breaches, safety incidents, and drafting liability and prospects advice.
Advocacy experience or interest is highly regarded, though candidates with front-end experience only are also encouraged to apply.
