They are now looking for their next team member: a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative Counsellor or Psychologist who is passionate about working with children and adolescents.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide individual therapy using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches;
  • Facilitate their after-school peer support group, fostering social connection and emotional regulation;
  • Work holistically with families, schools, and community services;
  • Support parents and carers through education and practical strategies; and
  • Collaborate with a team that genuinely cares - contributing to a culture of kindness and continuous growth.

Who We're Looking For:

You bring empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with young people. You are strengths-based and client-centred in your approach, and you balance professionalism with warmth and flexibility. You communicate well, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative team.

You also have:

  • Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
  • Knowledge of child and adolescent development, mental health presentations, and evidence-based interventions

What You'll Need

Qualifications & Registration:

For Counsellors:

  • Bachelor's degree in Counselling (or related discipline)
  • Registration with ACA or PACFA

For Psychologists:

  • Provisional or full AHPRA registration
  • Medicare eligibility

Checks & Requirements:

  • Working With Children Check;
  • Police Check;
  • First Aid & CPR; and
  • Current Victorian Driver's License.
