The property offers a variety of lounge and dining room options, perfect for entertaining family and friends. Sun-drenched balconies and a covered terrace overlook the lush tropical gardens, mangroves, and native wildlife, creating a serene and inviting environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking Personal Care Workers (previously known as Nursing Assistants) to join our team on a CASUAL or PART-TIME basis with shifts available from Monday to Sunday

You will be based at our Avalon home, located at Avalon House: 14 John Street, Avalon Beach, NSW 2107

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care in line with Resident Care Plans to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition.
  • Contribute to care plans and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in aged care (highly regarded)
  • MUST have Certificate IV with medications
  • Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care; and
  • A genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly
  • A commitment to excellence in customer service and resident care
