Join a highly regarded building products supplier, recognised for project excellence and innovation. This key position leads a tight-knit customer service team of five, including project coordinators and estimators, ensuring smooth delivery from order through to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of five (estimators and project coordinators).

  • Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and associated documentation.

  • Maintain accurate project data within Excel and SAP.

  • Act as the central hub between sales, logistics and onsite installation crews.

  • Handle and resolve escalated customer enquiries promptly.

  • Foster strong internal relationships, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

About you:

  • Proven leadership experience within customer service, ideally from a project-based environment.

  • Comfortable managing and coordinating data across Excel and SAP.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at dealing with internal teams and customers alike.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and projects.
