Salesforce Technical Lead

Seisma is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and expert on Salesforce products and platforms, working with the company's largest and most complex enterprise clients. You will be involved throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from initial scoping to deployment, within a dynamic ecosystem of clients and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to design end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise applications while also developing Salesforce industry-specific solutions. Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and strategic insights.
• Lead internal initiatives to expand the consulting practice, actively contributing to the community's knowledge and expertise.
• Develop optimised solutions for industry clients by leveraging Salesforce PSS, Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Facilitate functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership in solution design, delivery, testing, and deployment.
• Architect scalable and high-performance solutions with expertise in Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and modern UI techniques.
• Advise clients and teams on adopting emerging technologies to enhance business value.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership, advocating and implementing best practices using Salesforce Industry solutions and the Salesforce platform.
• Communicate complex concepts effectively, fostering collaboration and providing clear, prescriptive guidance.
• Identify potential risks, proactively managing and resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• Set and manage client expectations, negotiating solutions to complex challenges with customers and third-party partners.
• Monitor and refine project direction, ensuring strategies remain on track while maintaining scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design technology solutions aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to program vision and strategy, advising on enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or consulting.
• Strong expertise in application design, with a deep understanding of data, integration, and security architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (PSS, Health Cloud, Education Cloud) and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
• Technical proficiency in:

• Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to persuasively articulate ideas to various audiences.
• Detail-oriented and quick learner, capable of grasping new concepts, business models, and technologies efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop audience-appropriate materials.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyse, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
• A resourceful and innovative problem solver, adept at overcoming challenges.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline. Equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
• A minimum of 4 x Salesforce certifications
• Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organisation
