About the role
Are you the competent support person who sees outside of the box, who is self motivated and always thinking ahead? Someone who will play an integral role providing a positive person-centred approach and recovery-oriented supports to clients to achieve their wellbeing? We are currently seeking multiple Mental Health support workers to work in the inner Perth Metro area to support outgoing individuals residing in their own home. We are looking for passionate, caring, and dedicated workers who can actively engage in supporting individuals to pursue their condidence in living independently.If you want to make a difference to lives and love working in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you
About you
- Current WA licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS screening check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Current Medication Certificate
- Experience working with complex behaviours
