Applications are invited for the role of CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER to lead the delivery of a bulk earthworks / TSF project, commencing on a permanent full-time basis. Working on a FIFO roster of 8:6 ex Perth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from mobilisation to completion
  • Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and resources
  • Drive safety, environmental, and quality standards on site
  • Manage budgets, variations, and contract compliance
  • Develop project schedules and deliver progress reporting
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Experience delivering civil projects in a contract-for-service environment
  • Exposure to Tier 1 clients and high-performance project teams
  • Strong background in bulk earthworks, haul roads, and tailings facilities
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
