Role:
Senior Technology Architect

Job Title:
Consultant

Short Description
: Work on a variety of critical client engagements with some of Infosys largest and most successful clients in Australia.

6+ years of experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and Overall 10+ years in SAP.

Annual Salary
: $160,000 to $170,000 AUD

: not less than 30 hours.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 and L3 support to
  • Triage customer incidents and service requests
  • Perform analysis and provide resolution to user including configuration, data updates, work arounds
  • Perform problem management for recurring incidents
  • Identify improvement ideas
  • Follow ITIL processes to provide support to the business as per agreed by SLAs
  • Deliver enhancements
  • Provide thought leadership to provide best practices and solutions for business requirements
  • Analyzing business requirements
  • Estimate and size the enhancements
  • Providing conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs
  • Performing necessary SAP configurations
  • Creating specifications for development of custom programs,
  • Testing the developed solution
  • Coordinate with other teams to support the deployment
  • Mentor and manage teams
  • Mentor team members to deliver the scope of work
  • Coordinate with teams across multiple geographies to ensure efficient delivery
