The Role

As a Technical Event Manager (TEM), you will be the frontline sales driver for our events business. This is not just about managing events – it's about winning them, maximising their value, and ensuring profitability.

Your focus will be on:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Negotiating and closing sales with a focus on accuracy, margin, and profitability
  • Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and solutions that upsell and add value
  • Identifying and capitalising on revenue opportunities in a range of events across AV, staging and hybrid services
