We're seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our AutoNexus team in Bibra Lake. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all site activities relating to receiving, processing, and distribution—delivering quality finished vehicles and related services within agreed service levels for major brands.
What's the Opportunity?As the Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, leading a dedicated team, and maintaining high service standards.
- Liaise with customers and the Operations Manager in regard to ship arrivals
- Organising and supervising yard staff to receive vehicles, including labour planning
- Organising storage yard to accommodate incoming shipments
- Monitor and review team performance
- Provide strong leadership to the team
- Coordinate regular toolbox meetings and follow up OH&S activities
- Coach and mentor the team in developing their skills.

To be successful you must possess the following:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise
- Experience leading and developing a high performing team
