We are a thriving business as being the one-stop-shop like no other in Heating, Cooling & Hot Water supplies currently covering North, West, East & South Eastern Suburbs. We currently have six outlets; Campbellfield, Derrimut , Keysborough, Croydon South, Ballarat & Geelong.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have got an opportunity to have a new employee at our Keysborough branch front counter.

This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who is interested in joining a quality driven organisation focused on continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will be varied and will include:

  • Provide great customer service for our customers face to face, over the phone & via email
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude
  • Have great organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong and confident interpersonal skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Ensuring the branch is well presented and maintained
  • Accurate picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
  • Observing safe work practices for yourself and your team at all times

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience with in the industry is preferred but not essential
  • Applicant must possess a satisfactory level of verbal and written
  • Communication skills and a focus on providing great customer service,
  • Combined with the ability to resolve customer issues and contribute to meeting branch goals.
  • Working with various team members, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships. Some manual handling and lifting of packaged product will be required
